    Product Overview

    📐 1. Measuring Range

    1.1 Hour Run Meter

Hour Run Meter with built-in synchronous motor, features six-digit readout with no reset function, making them virtually tamper proof. All hour meters are time indication.

    Display: 9999.99

    Operating Voltage: AC 100V / 200–250V / 380V

    Accuracy Class: 0.5

    1.2 Phase Sequence Indicator

Monitoring phase sequence in three-phase power network system.
⚠️ Applicable on 100~150V or 150~500V three-phase power network. When the rotation of disc with arrow sign is clockwise rotation means wrong sequence. Exchanging any two of the three "hot" wires will obtain the correct phase sequence. Each test should not be longer than 5 minutes.

    Operating Voltage: AC 100–150V / 150–500V

    Operating Frequency: 50Hz, 60Hz

1.3 Digital Synchorscope (with Relay Output)

Indicating the status if power generator and network are synchronized. When the voltage and frequencies between power generator and network are consistent, rotation of LED Roulette will slow down until the SYNC LED is on. Both systems can then be synchronized and the generator connected to the power network. With relay output, model prefix is S-DR.

    Relay Output A

    1. Voltage difference between UB and UGEN is less than pre-set value, S1 (△U × UN);

    2. Frequency difference between FGEN and FBUS is less than pre-set value, S2 (△F);

    3. Pre-set time difference before phase difference is 0°, S3 (Time);

When the above 3 conditions are satisfied, synchronized signal will be released.

    Relay Output B

Voltage difference between UBB and UGEN is less than pre-set value S1 (△U × UN); phase difference between UBB and UGEN satisfies pre-set value S2 (△φ), and within the pre-set delay time (Delay), phase difference between UBB and UGEN is still satisfied with pre-set value S2 (△φ) — synchronized signal will be released.

    Operating Voltage: AC 57V / 100V / 220V / 380V / 415V / 440V

    Operating Frequency: 50Hz, 60Hz

    Accuracy Class: 15° (Electrical angle 15°~345°)  |  3° (Electrical angle 345°~15°)

    1.4 Double Meter

💡 Double meter can be used to measure two independent parameters, saving space and installation time — an ideal partner for power generators or equipment.
📝 Note: Measurement on Voltage & Frequency or Voltage & Current can be customized on request.
    1.4.1 Double AC Voltmeter

    Measuring Range: 0–10V to 500V

    Accuracy Class: 1.5

    1.4.2 Double AC Ammeter

Measuring Range: 0–5A (Connection on CT)

    Accuracy Class: 1.5

1.5 Net Insulation Monitor (MΩ Meter)

Monitoring the insulation resistance of ungrounded power network. When insulation resistance is lower than the preset value, its relay releases an alarm.
Based on the principle method, the Net Insulation Monitor can be divided into the following categories:

a Integrated Net Insulation Monitor — Monitor with measuring system. Can be customized with self-detection.

    Operating Modes:

🔵 "Monitor" mode: Ordinary monitoring — works as normal.

"Suspend" mode: Invalid — monitor does not check insulation resistance; pointer points at ∞.

🔴 "Test" mode: Self-detection — monitor does not check insulation resistance; pointer points at 0, alarm LED lit, relay activated.

b Separated Net Insulation Monitor — Monitor and measuring system are separated.

c Integrated Double Circuits Net Insulation Monitor — Monitors the insulation resistance of two ungrounded power networks simultaneously.

    Technical Specifications

    1) & 2) Relay (Load Resistance): DC 30V, 5A  |  AC 250V, 5A

NO Normally Open: When value is less than alarm limit, relay operates — normally open changes from break to closed.

NC Normally Close: When value is greater than alarm limit, relay operates. Until the value is less than alarm limit or meter power is cut off, relay releases — normally close contact breaks connection and closes.

⚠️ 3) Before changing the preset value, please ensure there is no voltage applied.

Max. Voltage of Measuring Circuit: AC 500V / 690V

    Measuring Range: 0–1MΩ  |  0–5MΩ  |  0–10MΩ

    Auxiliary Power: AC 57.7 / 100 / 220 / 380 / 450V

    Accuracy Class: 1.5

🌡️ 2. Temperature Range of Operation
All panel meters can operate trouble-free at room temperatures ranging from -20°C to +40°C.
❄️ 3. Temperature Range of Storage
Storage temperature range: -40°C to +70°C.
    ⚡ 4. Insulation Test
Test voltage: 2kV RMS for 1 minute at frequency 50Hz. All requirements conform to IEC 61010-1.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the operating voltage range for the Hour Run Meter?
The Hour Run Meter supports operating voltages of AC 100V, 200–250V, and 380V. It features a six-digit readout with no reset function, making it virtually tamper-proof, with an accuracy class of 0.5.
How does the Phase Sequence Indicator work, and how long can each test last?
The Phase Sequence Indicator monitors phase sequence in three-phase power network systems (100~150V or 150~500V). If the disc with the arrow sign rotates clockwise, it indicates a wrong sequence. Exchanging any two of the three "hot" wires corrects the sequence. Each test should not exceed 5 minutes.
What are the two relay output options (A and B) for the Digital Synchorscope?
Relay Output A releases a synchronized signal when three conditions are met: voltage difference is below preset S1, frequency difference is below preset S2, and the time difference before 0° phase is within preset S3. Relay Output B releases the signal when voltage difference satisfies S1 and the phase difference satisfies preset S2 (△φ) continuously within the preset delay time.
Can the Double Meter measure both voltage and current simultaneously?
Yes. The Double Meter is designed to measure two independent parameters at the same time. Measurement combinations such as Voltage & Frequency or Voltage & Current can be customized on request, making it an ideal space-saving solution for power generators and equipment.
What are the three operating modes of the Integrated Net Insulation Monitor?
The three modes are: Monitor mode (ordinary monitoring, works normally), Suspend mode (monitor is inactive, pointer at ∞), and Test mode (self-detection, pointer at 0, alarm LED lit, relay activated). These modes allow flexible monitoring and maintenance testing of ungrounded power networks.
What insulation test standard do these panel meters conform to?
All panel meters pass an insulation test of 2kV RMS for 1 minute at 50Hz frequency. All requirements fully conform to the international standard IEC 61010-1, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
