China Power Meter Suppliers: Accurate Active & Reactive Power Measurement from a Trusted Factory
Expanded Technical Specification: Power Meters for Active and Reactive Power — Measuring Range & Configuration Overview
This series of power meters is engineered to accurately measure active power (real power consumed or supplied by a load) and reactive power (power stored and released by inductive/capacitive components) across three core electrical system configurations, as detailed below:
System Compatibility: Designed for single-phase AC electrical systems, commonly deployed in residential, light commercial, and small-scale industrial applications.
The primary current rating (designated as X) is dictated by the ratio of the paired CT (e.g., 50 A/5 A, 100 A/5 A, 200 A/1 A). This flexible CT-matching design allows the meter to accommodate a broad range of primary current measurements, tailored to specific system load requirements.
System Compatibility: Optimized for three-phase three-wire AC systems, typically used in high-power industrial machinery, utility transmission lines, and balanced three-phase load environments (where no neutral conductor is required).
The primary current capacity (X) is determined by the CT ratio selected for the application, ensuring compatibility with low to high primary current ranges (e.g., 100 A, 500 A, 1000 A) for diverse industrial load monitoring needs.
System Compatibility: Suited for three-phase four-wire AC systems, which are widely used in commercial buildings, data centers, and unbalanced three-phase load scenarios (where a neutral conductor is necessary to carry unbalanced currents).
Similar to the 3P3W variant, the primary current range (X) is defined by the CT ratio, enabling precise measurement of active and reactive power for both balanced and unbalanced three-phase loads.
